Houstons first grand slam of the year came off the bat of none other than Brad Ausmus, who drove in four runs in the second inning to lift the Astros to a 9-3 victory over the Diamondbacks at Arizona on Saturday night.

Luke Scott also went deep for Houston, smoking a two-run homerun to deep center field in the third inning to give Houston a 6-1 lead.

Aubrey Huff got in on the long ball action as well, blazing a solo shot in the fifth inning to push Houstons lead to 7-1.

Lance Berkman added to the Astros lead in the sixth inning, connecting on an RBI double to give Houston an 8-2 lead before Huff drove him in to push the lead to 9-2.

Roger Clemens pitched seven solid innings for Houston, allowing just three runs on the night while picking up the win.

The Astros three-game series in Arizona concludes tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon on FSN Houston.

Houstons Andy Pettitte (10-11, 4.97 ERA) faces off against Arizonas Claudio Vargas (8-8, 5.43) at 3:40 p.m. as the Astros aim to sweep the Diamondbacks.
