Demopolis at Northridge

7:30 p.m.

The Demopolis Tigers enter tonight’s game against 5A Northridge on a three-game shutout streak.

Demopolis defeated Dallas County 69-0 in their last game, which was played at home on September 10th.

Meanwhile, the Northridge Jaguars will play host to the Tigers after a 37-0 loss to Central-Tuscaloosa.

The Tigers go for four tonight in their first true test of the season against a 5A foe on the road.

My assumption is another Tiger blowout and a 4-0 record for Demopolis.

My prediction: Demopolis 49, Northridge 7

West Alabama Prep at South Choctaw Academy

7:30 p.m.

The West Alabama Prep Titans come into tonight’s game fresh off a 48-8 victory over East Memorial.

The South Choctaw Academy Rebels lost 30-6 to Clarke Prep in their last game.

WAP aims to move to 3-1 on the season tonight on the road at 7:30 p.m.

My guess is that the Titans will come out victorious in a Friday night fight.

My prediction: West Alabama Prep 35, South Choctaw 14

John Essex at Francis Marion

7:30 p.m.

The John Essex Hornets look to continue to sting after an 18-0 shutout over Carrollton on September 10th.

Francis Marion, meanwhile, knocked off Northside in a 48-12 landslide victory.

Both teams are looking to keep their winning streaks alive tonight at 7:30 p.m.

My prediction: Francis Marion 28, John Essex 21

A.L. Johnson at Fruitdale

7:30 p.m.

The A.L. Johnson Eagles are looking for revenge after a heart-breaking 34-28 double overtime loss to American Christian.

Fruitdale is fresh off a 29-18 victory over McIntosh as they prepare to host the Eagles tonight at 7:30 p.m.

My prediction: A.L. Johnson 35, Fruitdale 21

Marengo at Sweet Water

7:30 p.m.

Marengo enters tonight’s affair with Sweet Water after losing a close game, 27-20, to J.F. Shields.

The Sweet Water Bulldogs looks to improve on their 2-1 mark after blowing out Sunshine 61-16.

My guess is the water can only get sweeter after the Bulldogs move to 3-1.

My prediction: Sweet Water 56, Marengo 21

American Christian at Hale County

7:30 p.m.

American Christian is thankful to remain undefeated after winning a nail-biter, 34-28, over A.L. Johnson in double overtime.

Hale County hosts the Patriots tonight after losing 41-22 to Gordo.

Look for American Christian to remain undefeated and climb the charts in the top 10 for 1A.

My prediction: American Christian 42, Hale County 14

Sumter County at Choctaw County

7:30 p.m.

Sumter County aims to pick up a win after barely losing, 12-7, in their previous game to West Blocton.

Meanwhile, Choctaw County got blown out, 59-6, against the highly touted UMS-Wright.

Nothing against Sumter County, but my assumption is that Choctaw County will come out on top in tonight’s game.

My prediction: Choctaw County 21, Sumter County 8

Greensboro at Thomasville

7:30 p.m.

Greensboro heads to Thomasville tonight after a 28-14 loss to Jemison in their previous game on September 10th.

The Thomasville Tigers, definite favorites in tonight’s affair, beat up on Gulf Shores in a 53-17 victory.

Look for the Tigers to stay hot and on top tonight in Thomasville.

My prediction: Thomasville 49, Greensboro 21

R.C. Hatch at Goshen

7:30 p.m.

The 2A R.C. Hatch Bobcats hit the road for Goshen tonight after a 44-6 loss against Calera.

The 1A Goshen Eagles will host tonight’s game after inching by McKenzie in a 7-6 victory.

Tonight’s game should be a close one, but look for R.C. Hatch to close the door in the fourth quarter.

My prediction: R.C. Hatch 17, Goshen 7

Marion Military Institute at Wilcox

7:30 p.m.

Marion Military Institute heads to Wilcox tonight after a 21-14 loss to Sumter Academy.

Meanwhile, Wilcox won 28-14 over Tuscaloosa Academy and looks to keep the win streak alive tonight when they host the Tigers.

My prediction: Wilcox 35, Marion Military Institute 21

East Memorial at Southern Academy

7:30 p.m.

East Memorial, the newest edition to the AISA level, enters tonight’s game against Southern Academy after falling 48-8 to West Alabama Prep.

Southern Academy is coming off a bye-week and aims to remain undefeated tonight when they host the Wildcats.

It probably won’t be pretty for East Memorial as the Cougars move to 3-0.

My prediction: Southern Academy 63, East Memorial 7

Central Christian at Sumter Academy

7:30 p.m.

Central Christian will head out to Sumter Academy tonight after a 23-0 shutout loss at the hands of Shelby Academy.

Sumter Academy, meanwhile, is fresh off a 21-14 win over Marion Military Institute.

Sumter Academy should come out victorious as they host the Warriors tonight at 7:30 p.m.

My prediction: Sumter Academy 28, Central Christian 7

Pickens Academy at Marengo Academy

7:30 p.m.

Pickens Academy slipped past Jackson Academy on September 10th in a 13-12 victory.

Marengo Academy, the host for tonight’s action, is coming off a 51-0 loss to Patrician Academy.

Pickens will most likely win another one tonight at 7:30 p.m.

My prediction: Pickens Academy 21, Marengo Academy 15
